This centrally-located hotel is perfect for exploring the main highlights of Buenos Aires. The location is convenient, with easy access to metro stops for three different lines. The hotel is nicely decorated for the holidays, with a BA topiary topped with a Santa hat. The rooms are spacious and offer a view of the obelisk. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel is also close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for those traveling by air.
Some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance were reported by previous guests.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was convenient to have the obelisk and other attractions within walking distance. the staff was very helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. One more advantage was the cozy and comfortable room we stayed in, made our weekend getaway enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was quite disappointing. We encountered dirty forks in the restaurant and even received dirty towels and bed covers.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at this place. The location was really great, right in the city center. Although there were no restaurants nearby, we loved the quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the tours/ticket assistance. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was very basic but convenient.

They arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel, Unique Palace San Telmo, which ended up being even better situated. The staff took care of everything and ensured we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
